Compact Load Balancer, up to 18 In / 18 Out

This vanilla-friendly setup sends all inputs equally to all outputs, making it perfectly balanced. It scales to any amount of plugged inputs and outputs (up to its size), meaning that the balancer works fine when fewer than all ports are used. Note that total input flow to the balancer should match or exceed total output flow from it for all output belts to be equally saturated. Input side is yellow, output side green, and all the rest are whatever colors you have in color "FICSIT Factory Swatch" as standard.
